Discussion and Decisions:
1. Big Arms: Club will donate $1000.00,
Everyone should try to get sponsors
Sherri volunteered to talk to Academy Sports

2. Course issues:
A map of possible hole designs for the Mackenzie “back” course was proposed by Matt. This design uses hole 19 as the starting point and hole 21 would become hole 36, thus eventually ending up with two 18 hole courses at Mackenzie. Some of the holes are similar to various holes played over the years (Ice Bowl 1995, Texas Tour, Big Arms, Bo Neill design). Matt installed a basket to act as a catalyst to get things started(hole 20). This “back” course is in a very early development stage and can be easily changed and improved.

3. Course configurations: Chris Lee volunteered to move baskets on the course to Medium, Long, Short Exceptions: Hole 21 (no one has a key to the lock), and hole 16 (placement could not be found)

This will be the layout for 60 days, after which an evaluation will take place to determine if further adjustments should be made.

4. Club members congratulated Rob for his victory at the PDGA World Am Championships.
